S. M. Memorial School, founded in memory of the visionary Late Mr. Siraj Mullick, is dedicated to providing quality education in rural Bhagabatipur. Operating under the Siraj Mullick Educational Welfare Foundation, we are Affiliated to CISCE, New Delhi, possessing affiliation code: WB475, offering modern facilities and a nurturing environment for students to excel academically and personally.
History of S. M. Memorial School
S. M. Memorial School was established in 2018 in Bhagabatipur, Hooghly, as a realization of the dream of Late Mr. Siraj Mullick, a respected businessman who aspired to improve educational access for rural children. Witnessing the challenges faced by students who had to travel long distances for education, Mr. Mullick envisioned a school that would provide quality education close to home. After his passing in 2017, his sons, Zahir Abbas Mullick and Kabir Mullick, took on the task of building the school, equipped with modern facilities and exceptional faculty. Despite challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic, the school achieved CISCE affiliation in 2024 and continues to strive toward expanding to ISC education.
